Bio

Dylan is a class action and victims rights attorney at Jennings & Earley PLLC, focusing on vindicating the rights of consumers, employees, and individuals who have been negatively impacted by illegal conduct from businesses, employers, and organizations. His practice includes consumer class action, cutting-edge technology and privacy issues, products liability, and individual claims for injuries suffered under Title VII and Title IX. Dylan also has experience with handling intellectual property claims including trademark and copyright issues, as well as RICO Fraud claims.

Dylan earned his Juris Doctorate, Summa Cum Lade, from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2018, where he was a member of the Law Review. He clerked for Justice David F. Viviano of the Michigan Supreme Court, and the Honorable Samuel H. Mays, Jr., of the Western District of Tennessee and the Honorable Theresa L. Springmann of the Northern District of Indiana. He then entered private practice, working at two nationally known business litigation law firms.

While at these firms, Dylan gained significant litigation experience defending and prosecuting cases involving products liability, contract and tortious business disputes, individual personal injury claims, RICO/Fraud, and data breach and class action defense.

Dylan has extensive litigation experience in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit discovery and investigation through trial and the appellate process and everything in between. He has drafted major motions, briefs, and amicus curie briefs, winning significant victories for numerous clients. Dylan’s practice as Jennings & Earley PLLC builds on his previous litigation experience, and allows him to understand how to achieve the best possible result for his clients.

Dylan is admitted to the state bar of Missouri and Illinois. He is admitted to the Northern District of Illinois. His professional affiliations include the American Association for Justice, the Chicago Bar Association, Asian American Bar Association, and the Korean-American Bar Association. Dylan is also a member of the Chicago Field Museum’s Field Associates.
