Bio
Tyler Ewigleben is a class action attorney at Jennings & Earley PLLC, dedicated to holding companies accountable for improper conduct. His practice focuses on high-stakes consumer protection litigation at both local and national levels. Representing consumers, businesses, and municipalities, Tyler advocates for those harmed by unfair practices, policies, or events impacting hundreds or thousands of individuals.
He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2020. He previously completed a Bachelor of Science in public affairs with distinction from Indiana University in 2014.
Experienced in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, strategy and planning, briefing, complex discovery, and settlement negotiation and administration, Tyler is currently litigating hundreds of class action lawsuits against various financial institutions and businesses nationwide for deceptive practices. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in securing well over $100 million for consumers. His representation also extends to other class action cases, covering privacy violations, data breaches, gaming litigation, consumer products, and other deceptive business practices.
Tyler is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Northern District of New York, the Western District of Michigan, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also been admitted to practice in numerous state and federal district courts across the country and is currently seeking admission to the DC and Arkansas bars. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Brenda, and their children, Mila and Levitt, often exploring their hometown of Indianapolis or traveling to their next adventure.
