Winston Hudson

Bio

Winston Hudson is a litigation attorney at Jennings & Earley PLLC, focusing his practice on consumer class action cases. His practice includes cases involving consumer protection, unfair and deceptive business practices, bank fee disputes, and various other class action matters. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.

Winston earned his degree in finance with a concentration in investment management from the University of Alabama. He then received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Winston’s experience includes the representation of clients through all stages of class action litigation in courts around the country. He has contributed to litigation in hundreds of class action lawsuits involving bank fee disputes, false advertising, consumer protection, and other matters.

Winston is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, all Mississippi state courts, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
